Blue Dream Single Cola?

I'm popping some seeds for my next grow. I have 2 blue dream and 2 Gorilla Glue in the paper towels.

I can't really decide what to do for fun this time. I may scrog, Try Hempy buckets or just grow 4 single colas.

Would Blue Dream respond better to Single Cola or a scrog situation?

From what I've seen blue dream would be a good plant to scrog. It has the same structure as the blue berry (bigger though lol) and lots of side branching.

Manifold for multiple tall colas. The BD I'm running grows tall, fat single colas. Not so much side branching. It didn't produce as much when I tried keeping it short and bushy. If you get a different pheno, it might react differently, though. Watch for late flower hermaphroditism.

I've been meaning to grow it but getting mixed feedback :(. The outdoor grows I've seen were massive bushes, like a bigger version of the blueberry I used to grow. How did you like it? Looking for a fall indoor strain, and was looking at HSC's blue dream,

Mine hermied early in the lower growth and I didn't see it till I chopped. It still produced some tasty, potent smoke, avg production. Tall sticky colas, just kinda thin, and a few dozen seeds. I had taken cuts and decided to roll the dice on them herming and am about to chop one now, no balls this time, much fatter colas, smells amazing. I have another one 5 weeks in flower that's looking just as good. IDK what I did to screw up that first one, nothing in my tent has changed.

It wants to grow in the typical xmas tree shape naturally, but I train everything around buckets for multiple tops in an even canopy and it does well, just need to control side branching going into flower.

I run perpetual assuming a 10 week flower/veg period. This gives me time to train in veg and let stuff finish flower fully without rushing the next cycle. I harvest, cut clones, up pot the last batch of clones and rotate plants into flower every 5 weeks with 10 weeks total veg. They get up potted to their final pot about a week before flower.

Cool, I'm revamping my whole setup in the fall to ditch the trays and run pails. I have a few plants outdoors (19) I should have enough to get ahead. We go through a lot here it seems lol.
