Blue Widow Question

Hello-

I got my one Blue Widow seed on May 20th. I germinated it that night and the next day it had a little spike! My first born or very first grow ever. I planted the baby in a pot and then about a month ago I put it in the beautiful black Northern Californian soil that I have on my property. On the pack that the seed came in it said "7-8 weeks flowering period." Well it's been almost 11 weeks and I have just started to see what I think is the beginning of flowering. This plant is 100% organic. Fox Farms products Big Bloom during pre-flowering and Tiger Bloom now that its flowering I think it is anyway) . I have attached pictures below. The plant is also 7 feet high and is so very beautiful. Can someone please tell me if it is indeed flowering, how long the flowering period should last and when should I harvest.

Thanks!!

Fox Farms Tiger Bloom is NOT organic. Only their Big Bloom is. I made the same mistake and used Fox Farms Grow Big thinking it was organic.....not. I switched to Blue Mountain Organics, and the girls love it.
Yes, those are female flowers.
7 ft in 11 weeks? Gotta luv Fox Farms steroids......errr fertilizers.
I would luv to see a photo of the whole plant.
