dont cut them off first, blueberry cuttings dont root readily.
first score the bark lightly on the branch you intend to root. apply a rooting hormone to the scratches, then follow these pictorial instructions
keep the medium moist and well aerated some people use sphagnum moss in a plastic wrapping.
after a few weeks your blueberry plant should have made roots. i know is a tomato in the pics but the process is the same. this also works on woody fruit trees,
once the roots are established cut it off then plant it.
