Blueberry getting funky

A few of the leaves are growing bud sites and weird leaf patterns. Any idea what is going on here? This is Dutch Passion Blueberry, grown from seed, 3 weeks and 1 day into 12/12 flowering in DWC under HPS + CFL. Very healthy growth so far with Jack's nutrients.

Weird. Those small leaves on photo 1 look like sugar leaves, and appear to have some trichs on them. Might have been a small popcorn bud on there that got knocked off?

The leaf bud is something a lot of us will see at one point or another. I have had it and talked to others who have too, no worries.

I have also seen a lot of people actually complain about the genetics, the Blueberry from Dutch Passion. From what I heard it really likes to hermy and what not. Keep us posted on how the final result is!

Thanks for the feedback, the plant looks great except for the weird-ness. Yes, early to start trich production, this is going to be a frosty one. I'll post pics in a few weeks to update.

Rooting for you !

My flower did not go as plan.
Had a slight heat and low RH mishap. ( Mostly low RH )
I have them in ICU and they are hardening up and pine coning nicely..albeit slowly.
12 days to harvest.
Weight is going to be half now.
Hopefully 12 days and a slow fade flush will bring them around.

Fuck that, there are too many other strains that don't like to hermy and what not to waste time with shit that does.

Cool looking girl bro. Blueberry is my favorite strain to vape hands down. The taste and smell are just wonderful. Let me know if you find yourself with an over abundance of fruity buds and need someone to take some off your hands :eyesmoke:

My OG 18 had a few of those! In fact there is a pic somewhere in my journal or thread! That shit was good in the hood, don't even trip! It's like the leaf grew a 70's porn bush!

Pretty obscure reference, but looks like that could explain the growth pattern. Seems to be fine, just a little weird. Thanks for the lead Prof! Going to watch for nanners, found 2 pics of this strain growing them, but those plants looked stressed, so this one may grow out perfectly fine.

Bubba, my experience with BB from a dispensary was so pleasant that I decided to grow some separate from my medical project. Let's see how this plant grows, maybe we can arrange a bud swap!:peace::leaf:

Thanks Chef, I'd like to take credit but all I did was keep it alive long enough for it to show up. What do you think, should I consider breeding this plant or just enjoy it? Kind of like the GF decision, take her home to meet the fam or a one night stand...

I'd wait for the next round ( you said you had seeds ? )

That way you'll have all this great bud to smoke during the next grow.

Just buy a male of what you want to cross it with. I wouldn't breed hermies....easier to buy seeds .

My grow went tits up...tried to cram too many plants in. I thought I would be done for the summer but I'm really anal about what I smoke, and this crop is not up to snuff.
So I just ordered an LED light. ( No heat )
My BBs made it but I'm not proud of them...so no pics like I usually do.

I only had one seed of the BB, going to watch it real close and if no hermies the clones will continue, but nanners are a death notice for the cuts I have in veg now awaiting their turn in flower. really want some BB, hoping to have a healthy female BB to keep running and if really good maybe cross with something else.

4 weeks into flowering and this BB is a healthy plant, good trich production and vigorous growth, just weird.

Most of the plant is normal, just a few off leaves. The growth from this is exceptional and I expect it to finish very quickly. I have a clone in veg now, growing fast as well, that will be hitting flower as soon as this one gets cut. That one will have 3 clones started from it so I can stay legal. Looking forward to this, I'll try not to post every new leaf and wait until near the end for some bud porn. :weed:
