Back in august/september, a buddy of mine gave me 6 clones of his blueberry. Only one fully rooted, but I held on to two (the second bearing signs of hope). I harvested a terrible 1g off of the rooted clone, it did not thrive, much temp shock. About a month goes by, its now late Nov. and I decide, for whatever reason to place the shrunken stump of a dead clone in the now harvested clones old pot.

 LIFE!!!!

This old dead stump of an abandoned clone, somehow, came back to life!

I nursed it to a living plant, and got some good root structure, and began it on Foxfarm Grow Big under 3 42w blue spectrum cfls (200equiv). I vegged it for one month one week, transplanted into a 10gal, and began flowering Jan. 1st. Switched to Foxfarm BigBloom nutrients and added much light, majority red spectrum, close proximity to all sides of the plant. I harvested tonight, slightly early... yeah yeah i know.... because I will have people in my unit tomorrow, so shit no choice. Expecting somewhere around 25-30g :weed: Pics arent great now but more to come

Buds are dense, but still wet... The reason I say 25-30g is I don't wanna get my hopes up too high. If I get more, it'll be a sweet surprise :blsmoke:

I tried a sample a week ago. The smoke is smooth and fairly light, not harsh at all. The flavor is very authentic blueberry, sweet and somewhat hazy. The high is SOARING! Wobbly giggly loopy head high that lasts for about 2 hours and turns right into a body high/stone that made me take a nap, like a rollercoaster of baked.

Overall I give blueberry an 8 out of ten. Its resilience to fight and stay alive proves to me that this is a strain that wants to become nuggets, and it is forgiving as well as rewarding. :weed: The yield is fantastic for CFL lighting.

More pics and testimonial to come (the camera is out of town with the gf)

Thanks for the kind words :peace:

Music to my ears. A friend gave me a blueberry seed he found in his oz, it looked good, and low and behold germinated! Its a seedling right now, and if it ends up being female I will be real happy, especially after seeing your plant. I'll have to keep you posted if it is a female.

awesomme bro... this is a huge bush! did you top this??
Nope, I let her grow untouched... She ate up the foxfarm nutes, plus using blue spectrum light will help keep the nodes at close interval which makes for a bushier plant. Thank you sir :hump:

Good luck getting a fem. Keep me posted, it would be great to compare. I'll have some good bud shots here for us all to drool on just as soon as I can get this bud dry and jarred. Smells like gasoline fumes and skunk ass right now, but I'm sure the smells got a ways to go.

BTW switched from a closet to a cardboard box with hangers punched thru the top. the hangers are a nice strong support (thread failed me), and by keeping the hangers punched through the top of the box, when i open the box the buds rise up and go on display. Makes mold check easy :-| yep. Fan pointed away from the box draws air through the box

When did your plants start smelling like blueberries? I am on day 25 flower with mine and they do not smell at all yet.
