BONUS BUD -- Another reason to love AFs

I am using the organic this run changing up a few things and making more of an effort to get better at yielding since its a risk might as well have a great reward.
Good luck man on your grow. 3.2oz is damn fine--beautiful plant! Like you, I gave up on using cheap soil...few xtra bucks is well worth it to me.

Thanks folks. She is crispy dry at 118.6g(4.2oz). I was hoping she would push the 5oz mark; not complaining -- she, along with her sisters will make some nice oil. Total for this 5wk harvest: 389.6g(13.9oz) of bone dry bud.

I have enough room for an additional shelf...would need to upgrade the ventilation system a bit. I am thinking of an LED shelf that will run in SOG form along side my perpetual grow --with 8 half gallon fabric pots nestled under the LED bank -- I am limited with height and space on this shelf -- I am going to call it my bonus bud shelf -- shoot for 1/2oz-1oz per plant. I think I could do this upgrade for about $300 bucks...hmmm how to convince the wife~

Going to be in the mode of seed production in this room for a while--it will give me time to get the wife on board; hell Christmas is right around the corner...

I've had mixed issues with AF. I love the time frame and need it badly but the potency on my first four strains was sub par at best. The NL was the better of them but all six buddha strains were no very fire... The magnum was the only white from them that was decent smoke and yield. Any suggestions we use Seedsman or heerbies here.
THanks broda

I do mostly oil, so I mainly judge potency by the ratio of bud to oil weight. I have been getting good ratios from these:

Pakistani Ryder auto (world of seeds)-- growing a lot of this now
Northern Lights X Big Bud auto (world of seeds)
Blue Mystic (Nirvana)
Low Ryder 2 (Nirvana)

I am producing fem pollen from Northern Lights X Big Bud and plan to use the seeds I have on hand for some cross:

NLXBB Crossed with Pakistani Ryder
NLXBB Crossed with Low Ryder 2
NLXBB Crossed with AK47

Pollen sacks are really starting to form. This is the first time I have ever tried to make my own fem seeds...I do believe we have a significant amount of pollen sacks forming...all over the plant. I have a few young plants ready to receive the pollen. Been treating this NLXBB fem auto with homemade silver colloidal solution for about two weeks. The plant is stressed a bit by the treatments...but over all she is a champ.
