Bonus room grow

I'm am about to start a build out in a bonus room of a detached garage. Going sealed room, 6 platinum p1200 lights. Room is 36x12x10, what the best way to insulate this space? Bonus room is currently not finished so I can go whatever route I need to at this time.

Rolls of standard faced r-19 insulation installed between the studs, followed by 5/8 inch drywall. Tape the joints and paint white.

Well that's what my original plan was but was told I'd have to spray foam the roof decking and not just the room because it would cause the foam to condensate

Yes condensation is a really bad thing in insulation, spray foam insulation imo is the best for our purpose.
