So, if you go to a restaurant and it takes them 3 hours to get you your food after you order, all is well because eventually you got your food?

Placing seeds in an envelope and taking them to the post office is not a difficult task that requires a week or longer to do. I don't worry much about shipping times when I place an order. Especially from an over seas bank. But who am I, or you, to tell others what they can and can't be upset over when spending THEIR money?
They can whine all they want. And i can laugh at em too. :lol: theres one guy cryin about it taking a few extra days, the other two havent even gotten beans and one of em is just spreading rumors. I love dynasty and run their gear but if i was spreading unproven rumors about it would you take offence?

If you grew a pack of Dynasty and weren't satisfied, that would be your prerogative to share your negative experience. I wouldn't care one bit. In fact I encourage it. It helps all of us to know both the good and bad about any company in this biz.

In this case we're talking about a seed bank though. Their only job is to package the seeds and send them off. I can understand why folks would be scratching their head over a bank pissing around for more than a week to complete this very simple task. Like I said before, I don't sweat shipping times. I've got plenty of other gear to grow while waiting for a package.

There are tons of seed banks out there, so really the only one that should be worried about this is the seed bank in question dragging their feet. There's a lot of things that are out of their control like the postal service, customs, viability of the seeds, quality of the bud once grown out, etc. I would agree with you if people were bitching about any one of those things.

The one thing that is in their control is how fast they complete the order and get it shipped. Seems to me that if you want to succeed in this business you would take care of those things within your control in a professional manner. No?

ya ya sure a professional and timely manner, of course. You did read that he wanted the seeds packaged in 1-2 days instead of 3-5 right? Thats like three whole days difference. I could care less of tje freedom to complain, but theyre dragging a companies name through the mud over rumors and a 3 day wait. Sounds like if three days was that important then youd order a week earlier since, as you were stating, there can be other complications with delivery.

Fair enough.

I agree with you about the op fwiw. That's just speculation/rumours. We'll have to agree to disagree on the others. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect your order to be processed within a couple days.

I agree to disagree. :):):) Have you seen anyone growing moose n lobsta yet? I wonder if these bonzai guys carry dynasty?

Holy shit! I seriously quit smoking my huckleberry kush last night. Its too strong. Heart starts racing, cant think, anxiety, three hour high from two puffs, and like an uncomfortable high for three hours. I used to call it a day wrecker a few grows back and i went on the website and they actually use that term on there. I was like holy crap, my thoughts exactly. That moose n lobsta says its super strong as well so i believe what theyre sayin about it. @bonsa seeds, get some dynasty gear. Its some serious day wrecker weed :lol:

I just shared my similar experience, after seeing this thread and to no surprise RIU troller extraordinary Alienwidow has decided to drop a few words of stupidity in the mixture being all disrespectful and what not like we're spending his money...

My last order from bonza took 4 "business" days to process & ship. 4 business days for them to take my instant (key word is instant) CC payment, package in their clever I'd admit that, stealth packaging and give it to the post man. Now, Im not an unreasonable man by any means BUT I have my limits.

Ya i can see where your coming from now. Four business days is a total outrage. Id be fuming mad. Good for you. You are not unreasonable at all (key word is unreasonable). They should have just ignored everyone elses orders and done yours first be cause you called and complained.

It also sounds like they would have accommodated the request had they been more fully staffed. My only expectation from seedbanks (or any business I spend my money with) is that they do what they say and treat me like they value my business.

We do our utmost, at all times, to move orders into and out of the system as quickly as humanly possibly. It's unclear to me if this specific order was placed over the holiday season but if so that would certainly explain it. As you can imagine, we don't operate a full staff over the Christmas and New Year period and the first week back in January is always a challenge. Again, apologies if you feel we let you down but please do be assured that we're committed, at all times, to fulfilling orders as quickly as it's possible for us to do so.

That's a good point. I still don't understand why it would take 5 business days, but like you said, if that's disclosed upfront then it is what it is.
