Booster fan possible to exhaust small veg area?

My veg area is 3ft deep x 1.5ft wide and about 5 ft tall. I have a 150w HPS in there. Right now I have one small "personal fan (The $7 4" ones you get at walmart) intaking and exhausting area. My area is running between 78 and 85 degrees. Would venting with a 6" booster fan from the top and letting the air passively come through the bottom of the area and having one of those small fans blowing the air around inside maybe do a better job at keeping temperatures more steady and lower than 85 in there?

Cause I saw HTG sell a grow tent all in one with lights kit with a tent about my size and a 250w hps with a inline booster for exhaust

I have a 4 " booster fan in a box thats 3x3x4. It pulls through a DIY carbon filter too. It works great and keeps my heat around 24C

Home_depot....6" inline duct booster fan. $30.00 Some models need a cord. Open the box and check. Get cord from electric dept. My buddy bought an extension cord and cut the end off of it and wired up the fan, and installed it at the ceiling with vent holes at the bottom of his 3 foot by 5 foot by 8 foot tall closet. He has the booster fan turn off when lights go off and the temps gradually drop down to 65 - 68 degrees.
1 400w hps at tops on a mover over two plants (Skunk #1 and a Diesel) 40 inches tall. Also one 250 w hps for side lighting. Temps stay around 80 degrees with 30% to 35% RH. Also one 12" circulation fan constantly blowing across the tops, On high when lights are on and on low when lights go off. He switched these to 12/12 from 24/0 on April 2.

Yep I use the Home Depot (Lowes) inline 6" booster fan. Works fine for me, one is several years old and still pulling strong.
