Branches breaking???

Plagued

I'm only on my second year of growing and am all the sudden having some major problems...

Alot of my bottom and mid braches are breaking at the stalk, it almost seems the plant is rejecting um they, the braches at the stalk are coning up at the tip where they connect to the stalk, They start to create a cone shape into the stalk and then they die yet they look perfectly green and healthy.

Am I facing a exotic fungus, stemic problem, or a unseen bug I've tried to water in fungus/bug killer and it doesnt effect the plant in anyway the leaves are a plush green and the braches are healthy yet they still fall off. My plants are roughly 5ft high and some 6-7ft wide maybe weight per branch is a problem?

I'm stumped and in a week period I've lost roughly 10-15 branches, Would be pounds down the drain, If anyone has any ideas please contribute its much appreciated thanks.

These are White Snowcap Outdoor pinched at 3 months grown in grow bags on cement surface, If that info helps in anyway.

It sounds like the branches are too heavy. Maybe make a trellis or stake them up to relieve the strain where the branches meet the main stalk.
