Hi, I am a brand new grower who has just received a medical license for 15 plants. I have purchased a used bcnl producer which came with hps bulbs for flowering and a cfl bulb for veg. Should I buy metal halides for veg? and if so, i have seen sylvania and other brands for $25-$40 and hortilux for close to $100- is it worth it or necessary to spend that much- are the $30 ebay bulbs any good? thanks much
