Hey good topic.
Anything that enters her blood stream will go into her breast milk. It has yet to be determined if it has major effects on the kids though. I smoked through out my pregnancy (not daily but once a week) and I don't seem to see anything wrong with my very intelligent 5 year old. There is no scientific proof it harms like alcohol or hard drugs do. It would be her choice. Doctors will tell women they can have a beer or glass of wine per day while pregnant, so why not some bud? Hhhhmmmm.

I think it is all good. Others may condem her though, sad as it is. In the end it is her choice.
