breeder seeds

so how hard would it be to get some strains from people that grow on here? no meetings no names no adresses, unless you have a med card like me ^^. who is out there that would be willing to sell me some seeds or can atleast recommend some awsome strains from a RELIABLE seed shop. my problem is that i ordered seeds last year, paid for them, and they NEVER CAME! i was expecting some kinda package but i never got one!!!. thanks in advance
