Breeding for seeds quickly

I have 5 nanda devi regular seeds. I would like to breed them for more seeds. I really don't want to spend a lot of time on it so I can get back to growing for flower. I would like to grow all 5 seeds in solo cups and then flip at to flower at 3 weeks. I know people grow in solo cups and flip early all the time. Just not sure if it's a good idea if I am growing for seeds. Anyone have any advice?

How many seeds are you looking for?
Let a male go to flower until the buds are just about to open. Then pull it.
The flowers will open up outside the tent in ambient light no problem.
Then pollinate a bud or two with a Qtip on each of your girls.
You don’t have to waste a grow just for seed.

Yeah, think this is the route I'm going to take. I'm only looking to get enough seeds to share with a friend and a few grows over the coming years. 50 seeds would be perfect.
