so if i have a strain and i make seeds with a male and a female then i grow those seeds out then make some more seeds with a new female and male will the strain be more potent or will it loose potency. so what im trying to get at is will the seeds continue to loose potency if you keep crossing them with the new seeds and continue

sorry if it sounds a litle confusing

they won't neccasarily lose potency the further you go along.. it's all about selection.. if you happened to pick a less potent mom or dad then the previous generation, then obviously you'd lose potency along the way.. if you happened to pick a more potent mom or dad, the more potent it would get ..
but just for the fact that you keep going further along in f generations doesn't mean you will automatically lose potency.. :D
