Brown patches, holes, and tears all over plant. Help!

Hi, new grower here. About 3 days ago I noticed some small holes on the lower leaves of my plant. After doing some research I decided it must be pests, although I haven't seen any. I've treated it twice since then and the only thing that's changed is large amounts of brown spots all over my plant. I'm not really sure where to go from here, any suggestions?

Could be a calmag deficiency, what medium are you in?

Do you spray your plants with anything?

I'm using black gold organic. I also added in some perlite and peatmoss.

I sprayed them with an insecticide I bought at the store.
