brown rust spots

:wall::wall::wall::wall:

Just started after last feeding, gave it a little boost with nutes, so I'm hoping it's nute burn and can sort itself out with flushing + lower nutes.

Temps & Humidity are normal and the light is at safe distance.

at this point, you need to worry about that mix ph, thats where your prob lies. Once you get that right, runoff is used to help with other deficiencies

Ok so should I just make sure the mix pH is from 6.0-7.0?

I'll do that as well, I don't do it as much as I'd like to, but I'll let the water sit more often now.

6-6.5 is what your aiming for. Room temp water is best, and letting it set 24-72, that way you allow Cholrine to evap as well as any fuoride

Yep, looks like mag def due to Ph fluctuation to me. Its kinda a hassle to PH your water every time you... water, but it needs to be done. I Ph my water to 6.0-6.5 I dont like to see it go any higher than that and the runoff should never go above 7.
I give food every second or third watering, that way you get to wash your roots and prevent salt build up/nute burn.
I would just continue as is, making sure to ph your water every time.
But of course, this is just my opinion and your mileage may vary.
Good luck and happy growing.

niiiiiceee ok thanks yea I believe it's a Mg deficiency as well. Here's some more beautiful pics ;-)

thanks for all the help guys, I'll skip the next feeding and when I do apply the nutes, it'll be back to 1/4 strength :)

thanks again

If you dont treat the deff it will die eventually from it since you are so far away from flowering. epsom salts 3/4tsp per gallon of water will correct it. Do this until its gone
If it doesnt get better then it could actually be a calcium deff but it dosent look to be that so far.

Ok I'm planning on a flush for all the plants if the runoff is below 6 or higher than 7. Thanks again.

I'm using the Fox Farm lineup, I just think I overdid it a bit, especially since the pH of the soil is already off :-x

You think Fox Farm is bad shit?

FF is fine though it wasnt really formulated for pot like Advanced nutrients or General Hydroponics is

Your soils p-h being so far off is likely the issue here. More soil should buffer the ph better but for some reason yours is wayyyy off track. Flush it out well with no nutrients. I dont normally reccomend flushing with NO food but when something is that far out there I will.

Ok I just gave them all a nice flushing/watering, I hope it fixed it, most of them are getting transplanted next week anyway :)

Thanks for the help.

I agree it looks like a mg deficency, the epson salt will definetly help. Also when you water with your full strength nutes, make sure the soil isn't too dry. Its best when the soil is slightly damp/moist. This will stop the nutes from burning the fine roots hairs.

While we can all agree that epsom salts contain magnesium, however you need to look at the cause of your deficiency. In this case, PH lockout. By throwing alot of nutrients at a problem you're just asking to burn the shit out of your plants when your ph does balance out. Foxfarms makes quality products and their nutrients should contain more than enough mag and other micronutrients for your plants, but they will only absorb them within a certain ph range.
I jacked this chart from THE INTERNET!!! As you can see, your plants ability to take up nutes is directly related to the PH.

Be patient, settle your ph issues first, and the mag def should fix itself.
