Brown stems possibly? Can someone confirm if it's "damping off"

The pic of the plant with leaves is about a week old after sprouting. The seed came from random marijuana from a dispensary, I forgot the strain exactly.

The other two pics are the same strain.

They are not showing any signs of damping off IMO.

Pic #2 has the shell still on it, get it off so the cotyledons can expand
