Bubble bags

So I'm thinking it would be cool to experiment with bubble bags. I would run leaf material through the bags and butane extract the middle stages just to see what comes out. Should be a good experiment.

Anyway, I found a set of 3 5gal bags on ebay for $49. Are these any good? What are the good ones and why do some sets come with so many bags?
