First Time Growing

Using Stealth Hydro bubbleponic combo thingy

Seeds: 2 feminized bubblicious from Nirvana (had more seeds but made hella noob mistakes during germinating and seeding stage so i only have 2 of the 5 i started with)

Lights: Veg under 400w MH for 6-7 weeks (not sure) but it was vegging for a while
Flowering under 400w HPS ( for the first 4 weeks i'm gonna be using one 400w hps, the next 4 weeks i'm going to add another 400w HPS and then for the last week whille im flushing my plants i will use one 400w HPS and one 400w MH)

Nutes: I figured i would go all out so i went ahead and got the advanced Nutrients line

Sensi Grow A
Sensi Grow B
Voodoo Juice
Piranha (I stopped using because it doesn't react good with H2O2)
B-52
Sensi Bloom A
Sensi Bloom B
Big Bud
Overdrive
Bud Candy
Final Phase

Also i have the AN brand PH up and PH down

i also recieved a free bottle of Silica Blast from botanicare (i use it when i top my water level)

Now the pictures

Bubblelicious is one of my favorite Nirvana strains. Very easy to grow, just watch out for Ca-Mg issues at around week 3-4 of flower... I've had three plants in 5 Bubblelicious grows develop Ca problems about half way through flowering, using Flora Nova Bloom and RO water. Results may vary, just keep a close eye out for rust spots ;)

Thanks Serapis. I will be sure to look for that.. I'm actually going to do some research on it now so i will be prepared if i run into that problem.. I really hope i don't but it wont hurt to be educated about it.

And another thing

Thanks to everybody on this site cause i swear i learned everything that i know now by just reading and checking out y'all journals so thank you all

Thanks for all the compliments.

Today is the end of the first week of flowering. So far i haven't ran into any major problems.. the only issue i had was the second day of flowering i notice foam on the top of the water but then i did my research and found out that it more than likely came from the bud candy nutes considering its sort of like molasses. anyway the foam cleared up around day 4.. it either went away on it own or with the help of some h2o2. Oh yea and i can see pistils on both plants only a few you can see with the naked eye but with most of them under the scope i see 2 lil white pistils starting to come out of the calyxes so i think its safe to say i have two bitches... but i'm still worried about hermies so i'm trying not to stress these girls at all. I'mma be treating them like everyday is valentine day

my ph stay around 5.6 - 5.8 never been over 6 yet
ppm at the moment is 1100
not sure what the water temp is (i'm going to get a tester this weekend)

Lights on Temp 78-81F
Lights off Temp 71-73F (is it true that if i want to add some color to the bud i need to drop the temp during lights off?)

Humidity during lights on 40 - 30%
Humidity during lights off 40 - 50% (are these good humidity?)

and now the pics (i'm not a professional photo taker so bear with me)

And another thing the plant on the right i did the "Fim" cut and it appear that i will end up with 4 colas on that plant. unfortunatly i felt like i cut too much off of it so i took less off on the plant on the left and its safe to say that you can actually miss a " Fuck i Missed" i noticed it when it was in veg cause the plant still grew the main stem but just had half cut fan leaves. I decided to just leave it alone and do a side by side comparision.

Thanks Tje22

Last night i checked the ph and it was 5.7 yet when light came on today the ph was 6.6. I got it back down to 5.7. The only difference between this week nutes and last week nutes is i added big bud to the combination. But i still dont think that should have made the ph shoot up that much over 12 hrs. I also notice 2 pieces of dead leaves in the reservoir which probably happened when i was draining and refilling it, I got the leaves out then i noticed a couple of broken off pieces of roots i got most of them out. Should i be worried??

different nutes effect ph in their own ways. Maybe the plant needed to pull a certain nute more than the others and it would jump like that overnight.
mine dropped a point over last night actually lol

Looks good but may I suggest allowing your ph to drift up to around 6.2-6.3 before adjusting back to 5.6-5.7 will assure all nutrients are availible to the plant........

Thanks cowboy.. i was just reading that some nutrients are better available at different ph levels so i will let it drift up to 6.0-6.2. +rep
