bud worms?????

i have buds that are 10 days from harvest...the top buds are starting to brown and when i pull them apart, there is a worm.

HELP!!!!! HELP!!!!!

what can i do to get rid of these critters?????? i have very vigorous plants and grow indoors.
any tips or product recommendations?

hahaha sebastopol ca? I'm moving there in a month That sucks man! my buddy had some worms or catpillers, he just pullud them off and checked them a few times a day. I wouldnt spray anything on the buds!!!!! Good luck!
