Dear college dr. Bones pro grower,

We thank you for your advice, as for everything u said is right even with my last 5 years of research. Advance nutes is pretty pricey for some and I've seen DYNA Nutes grow better than it before. The only thing I dislike is all the products u have to buy for a complete good grow. By the time u spend 300 dollars ur set. Some can't afford that as "new" growers. I haven't used it nor fox farm so I couldn't give my grow buddy here much help on their product, so please inform him what u can on it for sure. Yes u are right about how u can grow using anything but some local cheap stuff can still produce very nice results. Maybe not top line shelf, but I've produced wonderful results even on cheap stuff.

Thank you for liking the grow diary as for I tried helping him with my experience, but I am still new to the garden myself so even I have more room for improvement. I definitely appreciate your time with the post and your cristism. Also, that is pretty cool you went to school for it and good job with making high times before. Spread the knowledge as I like to say. Give a man a bud and he smokes for a day, show a man to grow and and he smokes for life canna does just as good as adv nutes IMO. But who knows it really depends on how well a person can do with what they have and the care of their medicine during the making stages. Miracle grow soil can be ok, but I do agree it isn't the best. As for nutes it's not good at all and I definitely wouldn't ever recommend it. Canna nutes has gotten better and dyna worse from what I hear. I will try adv nutes sometime myself because there is no reason to dawg something I haven't tried. I will give it a shot though. Keep it real dr. Bones and thank u for stopping by

Update:
Dried for 4 days....outside bud dried a bit too quick and I think ill snip more leaves off next time. No matter how much trichs are on them. I just think it would be better without it. Not the best bag appeal but hopefully it popcorns up somehow or rehydrates itself inside the jar. Threw some damp stems inside the jar with the buds to help rehydrate the outside and hopefully the inside isn't fully dried. I would hate to have ruined this curing process but this will be the attempt to savage it.

Wife tried some since it was pretty dry and she said it smoked super smooth with no harshness, had a lemon citrus grape taste to it...definitely smells like some dank even in its first day in the jars. 1 bowl was equivalent to 3 bowls of regular weed (piss weed). SO I guess I can't complain too bad. Especially with it not having a curing process yet. Hopefully this didnt hurt it. Heres the pics. And yes I know...shoulda manicured a bit better, but the fast dry of the outside didnt allow the bud leaves to curl up quick enough to give it a nice appeal. Hopefully this will still happen with a re hydration save. More than likely they will hydrate themselves if the buds are still wet a bit. Which I cannot imagine them not being seeing that I started drying her Friday night and it has only been 4 days of drying. Well...live and learn I guess :/

Cola was 24.05 grams after 4 days of drying. Pretty dry also...slightly moist inner but crisp on the outside. Fucked up the process due to too low humidity but jarring early should hopefully fix it. Threw in wet stems to help out..dampened them under water then patted the stems dry with a paper towel so they weren't too wet. Just damp and/or moist enough to help a bit. Will check in 12 hrs to see if they are fixed. If still dry I will do the cotton ball technique or bread via 2 hrs.

Will give a full update and report friday or saturday. Give it time and hopefully it will help. Still proud of myself no matter what. Better than any street smoke thats for sure.

Re hydration worked like a charm, took 7 hrs not even I'd say they were good an hr ago. Luckily I checked before going 12 hrs. They are back to normal and curing correctly! Gonna burp them every 6 hrs for 10-15 minutes for the first week

I'm about to do a 160w led/cfl grow of this same strain cant wait to see how much you get your grow looks good!

It was quite the throw it together type of grow and she came out 7.4 / 10 Not amazing weed but definitely does the job better than any regular out there and I can say it does match up to high end mids if not better. Wife described it as 1 bowl = 3 regular bowls. But it hasn't cured so...that should tell ya it'll be even more potent in about 30 days THEN i can try her

When I harvest my plants, I cut off all of the leaves that I can. I just save the leaves with any trichomes on them to make edibles. Thinking about trying to make BHO or bubble hash next time.

Dry weight is 2.5 oz twice more than I expected it to be. I pulled as much as a plant would have pulled for this strain If I grew her outdoor. My White Domina is 37 inches tall. Almost as big as 100cm I hope she doesn't get any taller. I don't have the room lol.

After curing she might drop to 2.2-2.3. Most of her water weight is gone. She lost a lot of water weight during drying but I'm pretty sure I saved her from over drying too much and I've burped her a good 2x a day for the past 3 days. Sometimes for 20min and once for like a few hrs. But every time I close the lid she is normal again and not as dry as a long burp makes her.

Thc degrades with too much oxygen during curing stages so...gotta be careful when I burp the lids for too long. Honestly burping for 15 minutes to 25 is the best IMO

thats great and i agree on the burp time for curing thats about 10mins more than what i normally do tho ill try that new methode when i harvest my bagseed crop in 4 weeks or so

How is the potency of this strain. I wanted a purp auto so i went with spyder and the potency is just as high as any photo plant. I would like to try this one also if it will be worth it.

Walmart brand soil.. Anyone can use it to grow
But like he said the buds will show.. FFOF IMO
Is one of the best soils by far.. But for new growers
You want to be careful.. Just mix it with light wirror
Or just use full light wirror to start with then transplant
It into FFOF... And lighting is very very important as well..
Cfl are okat for clones and seedling but if you want real
Results then go with MH/HPS... And keep up the good
Work of asking questions but always remember the
Answers you get arent always right or the best/the best
For what youre dealing with at the moment or strain.

Any help would be great! I have my 5 BPKA in hysdoponics and have been watching them closley. I have themon 24 hour lights and they are in veg nutes. When do I swith them too flowering nutes? Is it at a certian week or when the plant shows sign of flowering? I'll post some pics tommorow. Hope JUNX and Bawse are still out there I havent seen much movement on the thread latley but I check daily.

Wife smokes mids a lot. Definitely exotic and considered as high times quality where I live. If grown properly this strain can be very couchlock on an extra week of flower before harvest for a higher CBN to THC content.

After 2 weeks of veg my girl went into flowering roughly around 19 inches tall. She grew and finished at 34 inches I believe or maybe 35 inches with a finishing 2.5oz after drying week and week 1 of cure. You want to give her flower nutes 2nd week into flower. First week of flower is still a pre-flower and you should treat it with same nutes for at least half of the week when you notice her pistils. I gave mine an even NPK preflower week before switching to high PK and lowering N. Be careful to not drop N dosage super fast because she will show Nitrogen Deficiency if you do so. I have no clue where Bawse is. Havent heard from him in awhile myself. : / I hope he is ok.

I will take a look at your diary. These girls are a month old and only about 3 inches tall. I have never grown auto's before do you think they are stunted or do they take off at some point? the roots look great and they have bushed up quite a bit in the last week but no height growth. Take a look and let me know what you think. My PPM is 165 and ph is 5.8 under 24 hours 100 prycon led.

Good Morning JUNX,
I have 4 airstones in the resivoir. It is strong enough to create a mist inbetween the water surface and the bottom of the lid.
Nirtogen intake? I am unsure of how to measure this I will have to do some research.
The nutes that I am using are Technaflora. If I were to mix according to the directions it would burn the plants up.
I use RO water it is around 13ppm. I have discounted for it.
This is my first hydroGro and I am learning as I go. I usually use Roots Organic but made the investment in LED after spending a chunk of money on solar panels and am trying to stay within my panels limits and the 1000 Watt don't allow me to do that.
I will read through the suggested thread but will update you here. I have some a picture I hope you can see but the girls have started getting some little white hairs on them. my picture isnt that great but you can see it on the right hand side.
