Budding to early?

It seems to be that my babies have just to stop growing and are now producing what looks to be the start of the flowering stage? What can I do to ensure they will grow to their full potential? Right now I have them in soil that's rich with Merculite. Should I add nutes at this point? I normally grow in coco coil but when I got these they were already in soil. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

OH...I'm growing in a 4ft grow tent using 3 cfls and night time black lighting.

Those are male pollen sacks, someone gave you a male clone. Sorry man.
