I think if it were me I would be tempted to go with multi tents, Just because of less light leaks, easy to take down if needed. Plus if you have separate tents you don't have issues with cross contamination.
For example, I did once have a hermie that fucked up all 3 stages of my perpetual harvests been in the same tent. First batch(closest to finish) was useable, 2nd batch was fully seeded, 3rd batch I didn't even bother waiting to see, it got murdered just after stretch. That's not a nice feeling when that shit goes on. Never happened before and never since.
Anyway god forbid that would happen to anyone else but its something to take into consideration.

Yeah a few tents n dehumidifier it is with ozone gen. Uv on intake and ill use rhe garage for my 3x3 one for my elites n one for new beans

Do it right.
My suggestion would be build a room in a room.
Use 4" x 4ft x 8ft Kingspan boards. Insulate floor.
Cavity wall for sure.
Just a few ideas for you.
Do it right once I say.
