How much more light are we talking about? i have 7 65w CFLs and 2 180w led UFOs. 4 blue dream which are tall and 1 super cheese,1 black Russian and 1 black widow which are short. This is my first indoor grow. I'm more into outdoor grows.

I plan on throwing these UFOs in the trash and upgrading to high power LEDs after this grow. I'm going to double up the CFLs for this grow and keep rotating the every couple days and see if helps. I have some white paneling I can hang as well.

For the money, it is still better to go HID.
I use 400 watts with two 95 watt HO T5 fixtures on either side.

I think that you need more power.
You can Try this, Home Depot sells a 6 foot power strip to mount on the wall. It does not come wired but add some plug to bulb sockets and some Y's and you have 12 bulbs spread across a 6' bar.
I built one for a friend as a hanging 12 bulb 6' fixture.
I did not take pix but It's easy.
Learn your light spectrum as well to get better buds.
Blue veg, red flower, (the basics)

My LEDs are blue red and while to meet both spectrums. The CFLs were day light bulbs for veg then swapped out with soft light bulbs for flowing. I'm pretty sure I have the correct spectrum. The LEDs are up to spread light across the tops of three plants. If I were to drop it any the top nodes would not get light. I plan on making a strip of CFLs to run across both sides.

LED technology just isn't quite there yet, there is some very promising lights out now but they just cost way too much in my honest opinion. Like the AT600 for example really is the only thing capable of keeping up with a 1000w HID lamp. I love the idea of low running cost and low heat but if my bud suffers, don't think i can make that LED plunge just yet.

edit: especially for $2300.
