Buds For Less Grow

Hello all, I am new here and would like to officially introduce myself. I am northerncaligrown, for real. LOL! But anyway. I tried to duplicate the BFL grow by seemore buds but it doesnt look so good. I have been flowering for about 4 weeks and my buds don't look anywhere near as good as his. My buds are tiny and seem to be growing a lot slower than his. I am in a 2 gallon pot. And my plant is only a foot tall. The space between the nodes is not filling out as quickly as I thought it would. Now mind you I have 6 42 watt cfls and one plant. I used miracle just like in the book. But I did make one big mistake. Like a dumbass I tried to lollipop my plant, yes I am a newbie. I removed the first 2 sets of fan leaves in the 1st week of flowering. And I didn't use "lots" of water. I wouldnt add 3 quarts of water like in the book. I would only put about 3 to 4 cups of water instead. I know I shoulda listened. But my plant was never "droopy" lookin. Also The in the first 2 weeks of flowering I only had 2 42 Watt cfls then later add the other 4. Could this combo off mishaps be the reason for such slow and small growth? What can i do to fix this if possible? What can i do next time to get bigger buds and more growth? I only have 4 weeks left so I hope its not to late for my buddies. Thanks help greatly appreciated! *this picture is not mine and can be found anywhere on the internet!*

2700 kelvin 2600 lumens each

your supposed to use the 6500k but im using the 2700's just like you and i also am using miracle grow. One of my plants is like a foot and a half the other one is bushy as hell and yellow is forming around the outsides of the leaves.eventually turning brown. Do you have that problem? my setup is just like your talking. the taller plant is healthy so i don't know what could be your problem. Oh and i used the 2700 through the veg. and they grew fine

okay wait i thought 6500k was for veg and 2700k is for flowering...anyhow no my leaves are not yellow on the outside, they look pretty good except for minor light and nute burns.

how long have you been flowering your plants? cuz latering in flowering the fan leaves will turn yellow and eventually die off

ive been flowering for like a week now still no sex but i put it into flowering on day 20 instead of 16 or 18 like the book said. it was growing a little slower.

ya ur right. but were u using the 2700 throught your whole process so far?

yea i flowered mine a little late to due to my waiting for my timer and lights. exactly 2 weeks after i switched to the 12/12 cycle the sex was revealed. everything i say

yes i did use the 2700k cfls from veg to flower...hey maybe thats it. does any body know if seemore used the 6500k for vegging in the bud for less book? it doesnt specify whether or not he used them in veg but i know he used them to flower.

do you think seemore could help me..does any buddy chat with him on here? greatly appreciated. you guys on here are awesome when it comes to lookin out for each other on here. i feel really welcome here guys thanks for the replies.

the lower k is for veg it gives the blue green spectrums. the higher k like 7200k is for flower it gives the red spectrum

so do u think seemore used the 6500k in veg? he flowered on day 16. so my question is would not using 6500k in the first 16 days of vegging really decrease my yield?

6500 would be for flower it would grow slow and probably start to auto flower. 2500k for veg.later in the summer the sun is closer and gives us more of the red spectrum hence flower time

bonz u have it backwards 7200 k would be more of a blue spec and thats for veg not flowering

seriously if you have them in flowering now...screw it because i used the 2700s for veg and my shits fine. im sure it could have been better but really my plants are looking healthy as hell and that all that matters

i`m sorry i had that completely ass backwards not thinkin yes use the 6500k for veg and something like 2500 or 2700k for flower. sorry bud it`s to smoky in here. lol
