whats the temps like at the top of that plant?

never seen that before, but if i had to throw a dart in the dark, i'd say temps too high at the top of that plant is causing it ;)

It could be temps...i have grown many times before about 8 yrs but had twins and didnt grow for about a year so i dont have all the same equipment unfortunitly (no thermometer) and will have better ventilation next round at this new location. to answer the first question no it is not sativa dom...its blueberry so approx 80% indica. So you think temps could affect just the few upper buds and not whole plant???

Possibly the heat, but to be honest I would wait and see if it fills out :)

I wouldnt say your nutes are out considering the rest of the plant I just think it needs another couple of weeks minimum.

It's healthy man ! if it aint broke dont fix it

oh for sure. depending on your set up and how tall those plants are, there could be multiple degrees of difference in temperature from the top to the bottom.

if the plant was sickly, you'd see the problem in more places than just at the top

at least that's my logic ;)

It's shit genetics! There's nothing he could have done about it.
Look at this guy's buds. Look familiar? Either you both made the exact same mistakes in the exact order, or someone is spreading around shit seeds.

or both of them have the same issue /gasp

they both have temps way to high, or are growing some grinspoon hybrid (http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/barneys-farm-dr-grinspoon/prod_1360.html)

i believe from my experience and how the rest of the plant looks not shit genetics...grinspoon hybrid would be crazy...I BOUGHT AS A CLONE WAS SAID IT WAS BLUEBERRY..AS I SAID IN POST ABOVE I HAVE GROWN ANOTHER PHENO OF BLUEBERRY AND SMELLS THE SAME???

I had a bad Blackberry Kush clone that just grew huge white hairs and never filled out properly. That lower dense stuff might be pretty good, but that thin, heat-stressed fluff at the top isn't gonna swell.

yea will se what lower temps do. next round.and see what time and lower temps for a few weeks does to these buds

hey dandd!! new around here, but iv seen the same thing occur with my amnesia haze, and its a reoccuring theme. Here is what iv learned and believe.... take what you may, for i am a rookie... this stretching might be termed "bolting". Bolting occures in lettuce as well.. and it happens at the end of flowering. Lettuce bolts to make seeds, cannabis bolts due to stress. So the name of game is stress... from nuit lockout, or heat... iv also heard some genetics are prone to bolting, due to the fact that they are more sensitive to stress... these trains are normaly termed " expert grows, or master difficulty" because the grower must be an expert. if you say that heat isnt a problem i would try the nuit lock out theory.. i was trying it untill i accedently over feed, and burnt/ locked out. during the week i rain just water i noticed this same stretching.. this points me to nuit lock out theory... however i have also hear that sativas, unlike your BB, will form from bottom buds up to the top which forms last, which might be my sativa case... but this is ruled out for your 80I/20S BBerry. I noticed you had this problem a while ago... lemme know any wisdom you may have experienced, thanks and good luck

Hey bro your plant is budding out and foxtailing. Not a big deal. This usually happens when the plant gets stressed. Heat can cause it but also topping lst super cropping techniques can cause this as well. Occasionally some pheno/strains develop this trait aswell. Like i said tho its not a big deal. Dont worry about it too much...

This pic shows one plant out of five that foxtailed on a previous grow. Ended up yielding about 20 grams more than the other four. As you can see it has the same growth as yours....
