buds to dry but stems not

I have found that the best cure is to hang upside down till the stem snaps. {Fan should be blowing entire time but not directly blasting them or they WILL dry to fast and be all harsh and nasty} Temps should be about 60 with humidiy at 50%. Cut buds off stems and put the loosely in sealed glass jars. Keep them in a very dark cool space {60} and burp them every 2-4 hours. You will be able to tell if you need to burp it more or less. This lets the moisture out that is left and circulates the air. When you do this the first time you will have a period the first day {when you sleep} that you can't burp. If they are really moist the next day I put them in a paper bag for about 24 hours in that dark space; then back to the glass jars and burp on a regular basis for up to 2 weeks...the cure is where it's all at. This is where the THC becomes a huge factor and taste...I know some guys who cure the best weed I have ever seen for 2 months!

Manicure before you cut your buds. I leave mine in the dark for 48 hours before I harvest right after manicuring and then I harvest AS SOON as I turn on the lights...photosynthesis will start and you want to get the buds off!

I flush 10 days prior with straight ph'd water. {Im using hydro} I will flush when mosty of the tri's are milky. Keep in mind that if you wait to harvest till they are all amber you have lost half the battle and missed your peak. By the time you flush you should only see a trace of amber tri's...this will give them time to develop and hit full potential when you harvest and start your cure...

The best bud can't be rushed...no matter how you grow it.

That's my opinion for what it's worth...

Thanks you but its to late for that part seeing i been flushing with molasses for 3 weeks now :) iam sure my buds gona be nice and tasty after a few week cure with that good of a flush :) they are starting ot purple off too..but as for hanging t hem up all i got is a cool closet with lower than 50% humidity..but i gotta go with wht i got soooo think itll b fine?

no i know plenty of friends who wait til everything is amber and then they harvest. It's supose to be a deeper stone sometimes

guys i made a new post unfortunatly i didnt want to make this post over in marijuana plant problems...but id like for all the people following this thread to take a look at it please...i hope its just my brachs god i do..bananas maby? hope not 11 weeks almost lfowering

LOL kinda yeah but i really dont want her to mold during drying casue i watered a little bit..so should tonight when lights go off i just unplug them so when i wake up it should be 15 hours into dark then chop or chop now

let her go dark for the 24hrs then chop da hoe,, it wont mould cos u watered before harvest,, who told u that? it is quicker to dry if plant is thirsty but thats dwn to moisture in stem, fck all 2 do with the bud moisture:)

Ok lgihts are going off at 9 tonight and iam pulling the plug even tho the trichomes arent 50% amber i dont care their all mostly clioudy with some amber so when lights shut off its going dark until 2o hours or so..thanks all but i still would like to know if you think its hermied a little bit go check marijuana plant problem forums for my post called bananas or brachs

Shes going down tomorrow..only reason i didnt yet was cause trichome color but there all cloudy with some amber so tomorrow morning once i get up its harvested :D

Hey all i harvested my plant and still never found any mature seeds...all i found was a little white things in some of the calyxs...not to sure but anyhow..this is what i have i hope it gets me ripped...man it stinks and is crystally..i had a tiny finger hash and smoked it in some bud :D well iam not sure if it was hermi towards the end or not..guess ill never know or maby when i smoke a big bud ill see when i break it open,anyways ENJOY pics +reps too :)..ALSO guys do i have to keep my fan on in my closet all the time? or can i set it to a timer and if i can how long should i set it for?
