Some people like to top dress/mix bits in the medium. Good for prevention.
The liquid is is best for treatments.
That new bug looks well fed, if that's any help.

Well fed indeed, found him near my kitchen flowers & cactus
Do you know if that’s safe to use if I just got rove beetles for IPM?

what brand do you use for your BTI?
Man, we use sticky traps on every plant, and then put a Mosquito dunk in a mesh net that's in the feed tank.. I fill up the tank the night before with plain water, then the next day when I get ready to feed, I make my mix and feed. I like to let the dunk soak overnight to release the BTI. I rarely see them flying around, but the traps are full. I also see dead larvae at the end of the tray floating in groups.. some aren't completely dead, but they look like they are on the struggle bus.

I’m trying to trust the living soil process, all I’ve had is pest problems since switching, however I did pull my best plant yet. Makes me want to go back to coco, but I’m going to try and ride it out for the sake of the terps :weed: The plants are still not showing any negative signs, except weak stems which could also be from genetics:confused:

When I open a new bag I will fill 4 or 5 solo cups half full to start seeds and close the bag. I put my seeds in peat pellets. After they are ready to go in dirt I put some Light Warrior on top of the Ocean Forrest. If I get gnats off them I will bake the rest of that bag. I don't bake everyone. Then when I'm done growing I use the craft blend to amend the soil and let them set in a tote for awhile. Works for me. But I'm pretty new to indoor growing. Mostly start indoors for outdoor growing.

Root Aphids/Fungus Gnats about to get fucked up by some rove beetles  I’m also thinking about ordering some beneficial Steinernema Feltiae (SF) nematodes to hit em fast & hard. Does anyone know if the SF nematodes will play nice with the Rove Beetles❓

Shout out to Natures Good Guys. They have everything when it comes to beneficial‘s & at what seems like a reasonable prices and I got my Rove Beetles the next day❗090CBAEA-070E-47AC-9225-7BADC4DD67EB.jpegimage.jpg

I’m think I’m going to take ~50 Rove Beetles & breed them like this:hump:

Has anyone done this before with success❓ Any tips/pointers❓

Got a question... obviously this is your personal grow. When you harvest, do you have to sort through rovers? or you think they will just move along? You have to remove them from the room? I've seen people use Ladybugs too, but never understood how you clean up a crop with 1000's of predator bugs.
