Bug Identification Help

Can somebody help to identify these little white critters crawling all over my mulch layer?

I watered my plants, came back 30 minutes later and noticed them crawling all over the coco pellets that I use for mulch. This is a fully organic grow, FFOF base with added perlite, peat and too many dry amendments to list.

Soil mites maybe? If so, nothing to worry about

Also now that I'm zooming in and looking at it, I see this really small white worm looking thing slithering around with the other bugs. I circled them in white in below photo, that thing was moving fast.

I looked up soil mites and indeed it does look like that. I understand some bugs are good to have around just never seen these guys before. The plants are healthy, week 5-6 of flower
