building a greenhouse need some help

sup growers i was hoping someone can give me some direction.im thinking about building a small green house,and dont really know where i can find what i need two build it (tarp,tools,structure).im mostly intrested in what tarp i should use ,one that wont allow the uv rays to harm my treasures.
