Building a light support frame for my nursery

I'm building a support frame for one of my 5×5×6.5' nuriseries. I have 2 connected togethet via ducting and 3 inline fans moving the air. I bought 2 LED's at 110w/each to replace two 4' T5 lights. Worked great, but I can't keep temps in the ideal 77-82 rangw because the lights don't give off much heat.

In the tent A and B setup air moves from A to B then dumped outside. The problem with that is I placed the new LEDs in tent A and left my 432w 8 lamp T5 in tent B. Tent B stays right in the ideal range thanks to the heat coming off the lamps. Simple solution? Swap the lights from tent A and tent B.

The result is warm air from the T5 in tent A then provides heat to tent B with the new LED's as the inline fans move the air through the ducting system.

So what's my problem? Cheap grow tents work great but the frames don't support a lot of weight. The T5 is now bending the shit out of the tent frame and requires a support system. I already made one for tent B, but now I have to do the same for tent A.

I knew the frame was cheap but that's why I ordered the tents I did. Modification is far cheaper than getting ass raped by gorilla tent.

I'm using @Renfro's method he uses with EMT, connectors, and footings. I ordered a Klein steel tubing cutter off amazon to cut the tubing to size. Got my EMT, 90 degree connectors, and footings from home depot and a local plumbing store. About $100 in supplies all in but $40 is for the tubing cutter. And I intend to use the cutters in the future frequently. Much cheaper than metal saw blades.

The footings really are not for EMT but the threading suited up and tightened down firm as iron threaded pipe. Good enough for me.

Had to get the footings from a local plumbing store as HD only carried 1/2".

I just realized I left out the screw in connector for the footing. I'll report back with more pics. This EMT is strong and galvanized. It will last forever and never bend from the weight of any light I put in there.

Here are the 2 nursery tents connected together via ducting.
