Building Veg Lights for 2x4 Trays, 2 QB 132's Enough?

Hey all.

2x4 trays work really well for the space trying to illuminate.

Will be keeping vigorous mothers in the trays.

Was thinking, 2 QB132's (4000K) ran at full power over each 2x4 tray. Would this be enough to sustain vigorous mom's with proper VPD, CO2, etc, or is this just under what they require light intensity wise?

At 75 watts a board, that's 150 watts over the 2x4, or 18.75 watts per square foot.

Need to keep them pushing hard and growing quickly to sustain cutting needs.

Can run three if necessary.

Thanks in advance.

More info... the trays are in an open space with reflective walls, but this is not a tent environment where all light will be able to be reflected and not wasted. The mothers will be roughly 5 feet tall. Planning to run 2 mothers per 2x4 tray to allow for constant cloning without causing too much stress, but for sure the trays will be completely and utterly filled out.
