bulb nodes?

anyone ever seen nodes with huge bulbs where they attach to the stalk?

yeah.. they tend to do that.. thick of it somewhat like a scar tissue.. thicker and tougher.. its thicker there since it has to support the entire weight of the stem

my plants are 42 days old and there is no sexing them because between ever leaf or in the axis there is anther small little shoot. the plants are 12 inches tall and 2 of them i bushwacked . tryed to clone the top section to sex the clone. they must be some indica strain. red strips on the shade leaves stems. they are starting to alternate the nodes now and i am planning on taking cuttings off these plants and sexing them that way . untill then they grow 18 on 6 off
