Your not in bad shape with a plant that small. Look into a mite solution you can submerge the whole plant. Reclean grow area, follow up with a mite solution spray. Be vigilant and get them gone if you do got them.
Otherwise my last revegging babies had bumbs all over, not sure if you can tell in this pic. No mites at all and they turned pretty healthy after a bit.

I know those look like hell. But remember. It is a very vigilant plant and can take alot! Here are them babies today in the front. Just flipped to flower.

Those bumps look different than OP. Larger & fewer of them.
If it was light outside, I'd go take a pic of a leaf on a plant that has spider mites. I've got a million of em on my plushberry that's outside.

I'm just going to get a mite solution anyway and let her grow and keep an eye on her and see how she does. I don't know what I'm gunna do about the seedling I don't want to put her in the room under the light

I live in Scotland aswell so it pretty cold here and my room has always been freezing cold before I got the grow equipment so I thought my cupboard would be cool with a good clean out and mines is under an led light I can't see them under that it only looks like overwatering under the led

People use the mite spray alot of times just as preventative even with no signs of ever having mites. As I'm sure Chunky can tell ya, when you get a Bad infestation it's no longer "getting rid" of them but rather just dealing with them as best you can until chop. There just fucking shots. Worse than roaches. But your just fine at that stage. Don't worry!

Even on cold nights? Or does that just keep numbers down?
Yeah, I'd be willing to bet that the mites are still around. They were everywhere in my yard earlier this year. Mites show up first, before spiders and other predatory insects. Last spring I put two trays of tomato seedlings out on my deck and the fucking spider mites killed them all in about three days.
On the bright side, I've also seen green lacewings by my worm bin. They are awesome to have around the garden. Lacewing larvae are known as "aphid lions" and eat bad bugs like crazy. They *love* spider mites & their eggs.

I got a cookies kush that's not even 3 inches tall and I have all these bumps on the leaves, I'm really unsure of what it is I'm just worried it could be mites of some sort all help will be greatly appreciated !!

She looks generally "unhappy". I would attribute the bumps to intumescence, common with LED's.

So do you think it's just the lighting I'm using ? She has been under slot of stress or could it be mites? Even under a magnifying glass I can still only barely see little white dots and under the leaves are fine
