Burn, lockout, or deficiency?...

So i got this smaller no-named plant that is about 4 weeks into flower (possibly 5..) and few weeks ago i just fought off a spider mite infestation (not to bad, stopped webbing, but not leaf damage) so i was using some spinosad and pyrethin. Now i am trying to fiqure out if this is a slight deficiency for i believe mag? Or is this caused from the sprays i have used( considering i forgot to move them from sunlight for a while one day that i sprayed . Every 2 waterings i give it 10ml GO-BLOOM-5ML-CALIMAGIC, and every 4 waterings i will give it 10 ml of molasses. foxfarm soil, so i know it is not from the soil or anything like that. 2 days ago i did a complete flush of the whole plant. ran water through her for about 10 minutes and had a ppm run off of 400??!?!!?!? at week 4/5???? so this must be a lockout with deficiency? water going in is always 6.5-6.7 and never under 6.2... im kind of baffled lol.. im usually OK for grows but this year has been tough... dry.. hot.. pests..

I feed my plants 1.3-1.5 EC from seedling to harvest I don't think your issue is overfeeding, give them a good dose of nutes especially containing some nitrogen and calcium
