Burning my plant

Im growing a low rider ak47 and i got a 400w!!! its about a foot hight and the light was 2 feeet from the top of the plant!!! I noticed that few pistels were drying up or looking burned!!! so i moved the light up 3feet from the top of the plant!! They looked red and dead its about 2 weeks into buding stage

before you moved the lamp did you put your hand where the top of the plant is,was your hand hot or just warm ,thats how you check

plus do you have a humidifyer,30%humidity and good air flow are ecentiall

must have bad air flow...?? i have 400 MH thats 10" from top colla and no burning and no cool tube
