Burnt Top Cola during Flowering..advice please

Hi all,

Currently running one blueberry plant under a 125 watt envirolite and it is 16 days in flowering. It is a female and last night manage to stretch its way all the way into the light and burnt its top cola.

It is absolutely frazzled and has no way of recovering so I thought the best option was to top the plant since it was very early in flowering.

Was this a wise decision? I know it will stunt the plant for about a week.

I know tell me about it. I had the top cola about an inch away from the envirolite where it should be.

Gave the plant its feed and it stretched way too much! 16 hours later its burnt.
