Did you not see that coming? He wouldnt be held accountable anyways. Noone left or right in politics wants the people to be able to do anything about politicians.

i didnt man. I know saying this is old news. but its still unbelievable to me that we have a president like this. I can only imagine if he was the leader of another country doing this. sheesh. I wonder in the future what kind of things the Bush camp did will be uncovered.

undermind habeas corpus, then reinstate it...then give a pass to thoes who broke it?
...um, sounds fair.
My brother just had court over parking tickets, he has 30 days to pay them or hes doing 30 days in the county jail.Hes a school teacher, whos never hurt a fly in his life. His car was stolen while he was out of town, the city wants the ticket money up intill the point of when he reported his car stolen..........
What the fuck is this country coming too?
My brother is treated like a one man crime wave, while bush and co walk around free.
Maybe Bush and co need habeas corpus takin away and then after we waterboard'em well then reinstate it...now that sounds fair.

Bush may pardon himself of war crimes, but that would not keep many Jurisdictions from Filing Murder charges (in Criminal courts) on him for needless lives lost on a preemptive war based on false pretenses. Vincent Bugliosi is just fucking brilliant.

Their recently was a bill in front of the House to impeach Bush. It was voted against by an overwhelming margin. A lot of Democrats jumped the fence and voted no on this bill. And even after Bush leaves office, if their are any charges brought against him. President Obama will eventually pardon him. It doesn't matter if its a Democrat or Republican, presidents pardon all former Presidents, Congressman, and Governors. Look at President Bill Clinton's pardon record. There are 2 former congressman, 2 former governors, and 1 State Senator that were pardoned for their crimes before he left office.

Bush's actions have caused thousands of people their lives. War is never the right answer to solve any violent problem. Violence only brings about more violence. The ways in which we interrogated "possible" terrorists were directly against the laws created to keep all people involved a little bit humane. The president is still a citizen of this country and should be treated as such. Bring back public stoning?? It's not like that fuking idiot (C- school ave!!! How the fuck we have a C- ave student as our president is way beyond my understanding!) of a president made any decisions on his own. He was always told exactly what to say and do, like many of our presidents he was no more then a puppet and public figure.
