I'm not sure if I'm right but I don't think that website has complete light sets with ballast and reflector, which generally works out cheaper..
A friend of mine... recently bought his from:

Check out that link.. should be ok and if you feel uncomfortable deliver it to an address which is not related to the property you are growing in.

Another question for all of you, I'm only going to buy one light so should I go for the Slyvania grolux (both light spectrums) or the Son T Plus (HPS)? http://www.basementlighting.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?page=1/PROD/GL400

Any of them will do to be honest. Either the growlux HPS or Sunmaster. NOT the Sun-T plus because that is only for flowering and only emits yellow light. Go for the Sunmaster if you don't mind the extra £5. Growlux is what I bought and I just received mine today!!
