cabinet too small??? help a newbie out please

Im gowing to grow some Afghan kush ryder and wondering if my cabinet is too small its is 16"x13"26" (WxLxH)
im going to use a 3 gallon pot i have 19" of grow space im planning on doing some lst maybe some sog what do you guys think?
i know people that use small ass pc cases so i think its enough but im not sure... any help or suggestions would be appreciated

well man it is doable but in that much room i would recommend just doing a party cup grow. throw like six in their and some more light plants are going to at least double in size when you put them into flower

possibly an autoflower strain would work well??? if not maybe consider 12/12 from seed with a heavy Indica dom strain...

check out some of the pc box grows on here... I'm guessing you're dealing with similar dimensions

well, I havent grown it.... but I'd say you're def on the right track. I would top it early if it were me but PLEASE do the research first... I dont want you to ruin your plant... but if it were me and I had no way of looking into things.... that's what I would do instinctively.... give this thread some time.... lots of good people here... I'm sure they will have the answers for you

one suggestion I would have is to keep those CFL's right on top of the plant.... almost touching.... last thing you need is a stretch in veg.... what might happen in flowering is pretty much up to genetics.... but keep those lights CLOSE!!!!

Thanks for the help do you recommended me starting off with one or two 23 watt 6500k lights once the seedlings grow? Btw this is my first ever grow

interesting question.... I mean you dont really want these to thrive per say.... normally it's a no brainer.... the more light the better... maybe just one at first in an attempt to stunt the growth a bit??? I feel like an idiot for saying that but it's an interesting question. I'm going to have to say I dont know enough about autoflowers to answer this... was kind of hoping a pro would have chimed in by now....lol!!!! IF.... I repeat IF I had to do it blindly without any advice, I might use just one... right on top of the plant and then add 2 or 3 2700K once you start to see pistils. I wish you the best man.... I just don't have the knowledge to answer you with any confidence... normally people are wondering how to make a plant grow as big as possible.... so this is something that requires the help of someone who has been there, done that... and I haven't... good luck my friend

do no top you plant. it will massively affect your yeild also in a space that small you would be better growing horizontally. so maybe lst that girl from about 1 - 1 1/2 weeks until she starts flowering and the stalks stiffen up. use as many of them little cfls as you can. put them all in at once. the more light the bigger the buds. just keep them very close at all times and they should stay short.

using smaller pots will keep them smaller but less bud. look into a small scrog screen or lst would be good for a small space like that. just make sure you train them while they are young. if i tried to lst mine after 3 weeks the stems would have snapped
