What is Current? Where is CBS? Where is NBC? Where is "none of the above"?
You're right, but no room on the poll... I wish I could have include many more myself, such as local news. Which I thought was my last spot. Apparently not though.:wall:. That would have been the most interesting in my opinion.. I'm sure most will find their spot just fine. "none of the above" is by not answering the poll. Sorry.

I get my news from the forum... its about as true and accurate.
I would have to disagree... While much of cable news is... well... ugly, this forum is much uglier, in terms of information. To be fair, that's only my own anecdotal experience, and to be fairer I have only viewed this particular forum for a few days.

Oh, and Current is owned by Al Gore.
No wonder I never heard of it.

Oh, btw, none of the above. I used to go to Fox Business website because I can't get them on cable but stopped visiting them when they let the Judge go.

That's really good that you try and get your information from the internet. Paper news isn't so bad in my opinion. But might I add that internet is, and can be just as bad as cable news. My advice- go to non partisan sites (I know, they're tough to find). Do your own research and read books. No matter what it is- tv, internet, newspaper, books, ect. - they can all have their slant. Even when reporting hard news. Journalistic articles are the best- Just as taking a class on economics or sociology or history. After you do that- you'll watch be a much more knowledgeable consumer of news!

to be honest I watch them all on youtube, I am subscribed to most news networks. I really don't get anything out of it, just the recent headlines. I guees I do it to keep up with what the corporations want me to think and laugh at the ridiculousness, I get the most chuckles out of cnn because they just run with whatever the pentagon or the white house tell them.

Example: Wolf Blitzer had a report the other day saying Iran has super speed boats that could be heading to our shores to attack us lmao, couldn't stop laughing.

If you're gunna watch cable news, you're doing it right. Get a take on all different sides and make your decision.

And yes, cable news is a soap opera (sp.)... sure can be interesting and, of course, funny.

And that is F'n hilarious about Wolf. Cracked a smile while reading that one!

who is also an Elite who happened to bend over quite willingly for them in 2000 -you can't trust any of them.
I never really understood people using the term "Elite". I don't understand it. Sometimes I see it used to describe someone well educated, which isn't bad in my opinion-- Other times I see it used to describe "establishment"- Which I believe you mean in your quote, given the context. Maybe I'm wrong. But what I'm really interested in, the reason for writing this post- What do you mean by your comments of- bending over in 2000 for them. Do you think he should have fought Bush v. Gore harder? In that case I couldn't agree with you more. Or are you saying that it was a large conspiracy of some sorts. And please don't be offended by the term conspiracy- it has gotten to be a dirty word, I know.

I never watched CBC- Actually I didn't know what it was until about a minute ago- I had to look it up- But I love Canada- What a beautiful country in so many different ways! I don't know why is gets such a bad rep sometimes! Ridiculous if you ask me!

Comedy Central

You know what- That really should be on the poll! I love the studies that find viewers of Comedy Central (The Daily Show & The Colbert Report) better informed than conventional news networks (Fox News- I mean Faux News). And aren't those two shows great! I try to watch as often as possible.
