It's not about what you want when it comes to nutrient uptake by a plant. There are many variables that can affect nutrient uptake but your desire is not one of them. Im not trying to be a dick but you may want to research and learn a little more about how plants work.

BUT TBH, when the fuck did 'my desire' become one of them. learn to write replies without bias k thx, it was a simple question. did I say omg I want to do this, but I don't know if I can, but I want to do it? Nope, but who knows what you meant, you spent time to say nothing.

Why so defensive ? I offered some advice that will help you become a better grower. If you want "strong ass plants" learn about plant biology. Then you will realize why I responded the way I did. Cal mag is comprised of calcium and magnesium. Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate.......same ingredient thats in cal mag. Therefore adding Epsom salt along with cal mag will more that likely result in a toxicity.

Sorry @jcdw602 and @xtsho I think I can take things the wrong way when they are written as opposed to verbal. But now it seems you both have different views on it, this is the hardest part of this. I would appreciate it if you were more clear for my 8 year old brain... but I really don't care anymore. sorry if I offended y'all. Good luck, I'm too dumb for this shit.

I was not serious when I said half a cup per gallon. If you're using calmag there is no need for the epsom. If you're growing in soil you likely don't need the calmag either.
