Calculating Cfms for closet grow! Please Help!

My rooms a 3x5x6. Ill be using 1 400 agro or cmh entire time. And ill be using 2 carbon filters. One for the room aka exhaust ans one for intake because I smoke indoors. How many cfms should I have for my inline blower and how many for my exhaust. What about cfm requirements for carbon filters?

I smoke in my house also you still won't need one for the intake. Minimally I would go with atleast 200cfm I hear people on here say some ridiculously low cfm suggestions, more is better as long as you don't create a small tornado in there you'll be ok
