so what is the most peaceful way to kick a black person out of your store based on their skin color?
Any person remaining on the property of another person that doesn't want them their has already broken the peace.

Therefore kicking that person out is a defensive act isn't it? Or do you think you have no right to control your own bowels, er ... I mean, property?

actually, it is. both are listed right in the DSM-5.

how dumb are you? trans people get brutalized in prison.
Man talk about bigotry.

Its clear you use the guise of 'politics' to project your insecurities and anger on others. I hope you find some peace.

no, it's not elective. gender dysphoria is a condition listed right in the DSM-5, murdoch.

this is no more elective than insulin shots for a diabetic.
That's fucking bullshit. Total fucking bullshit.

MJ is LISTED in the same category as heroin, but is that right? No.

You can list gender dysphoria any way you wish, but the people of California shouldn't have to pay $100,000 for an incarcerated murderer to get his dick and balls cut off just because he doesn't like them any more. He's already got a make-shift vagina. Let him use that until he can afford to pay for his own elective surgery.

I believe in corrections facilities another term for the make shift vagina is "man safe". I think that came up as a result of people using their ass to smuggle things in with or so I was told. Of course your term may be more applicable in the situation you described.

Unfortunately in the world of the indoctrinated, words mean what the men with guns say they mean, so maybe we're both "wrong".

why is it bigoted to point out that gender dysphoria is listed in the DSM-5 and recognize that trans people get brutalized in prison?

sock puppet.

If u are in prison then u have NO rights. I equate this procedure as an elected non life saving surgery like plastic surgery. This procedure only benifits the convicts self image or maybe he/she is someone's bitch and his/her cell mate is making he/she do it. The judge should pay for it just for being so idiotic. It is preposterous to think this would make it on the docket. Convicted murderers deserve no special treatment especially on someone else's dime.

He deserves to be treated like a human being. He will when / if he becomes a she. He doesn't have the right to make others pay to make it happen though. If you want to change your body that's your right, if you want others to fund it, that is not your right.

Two separate issues.
No, he's a murderer and deserves to be treated as such.

explain why it doesn't work the other way. ^^

Such as, if we juxtapose it:

"Any person remaining absent from the vicinity of a person who does want them there... has already broken the peace."

"Therefore: eliminating that person's absence from your vicinity, is a defensive act, isn't it?"

:D

edit:

Is it possible to use deprivation to deliberately harm someone? Yes. I'll call it an ethical gray area, not protected by law, for good reasons.

However... the fact that this principle is readily apparent to most, and the fact that it mirrors contradictory enforced policy, in other regards... damages the credibility of the system itself.

If stupid laws are allowed to be purchased, the system is no longer valid.

If the system contradicts either reality or itself, it is no longer valid.

An invalid system which is continuously endorsed, and continually harms 'presumably innocent' people, has NO AUTHORITY.

Yet... they contend, with lethal violence, that they indeed DO have the authority to selectively interpret pretty much anything that allows them to gain their desired results, while disregarding any undue harm they may cause to anyone in the process.

I'm not sure how i feel about legitimately convicted murderers being allowed the Privilege of Elective surgical procedures, such as gender reassignment. That's not a survival issue or a health-crisis. If it was, i'd say do it. Keeping people alive is one thing. The other is something else entirely.

I mean, couldn't we just make the exact same argument to say "this cage violates my human rights, so i should be released" (despite having unduly concluded that of another)?

I really don't get why this is getting so heated, I can understand not wanting to fund surgeries for gender reassignment. If that makes someone a bigot well I guess I am on that list too. There are lots of conditions that don't get the treatment they need so why is this person any different?

The solution is not to brutalize other people in an extortive shakedown to make them pay for something they may not want to and that isn't their concern.

You see, two wrongs don't make a right...perhaps you've heard that before Nanny?

so you think we should stop giving medical treatments to prisoners suffering from medical conditions, or should we just ignore the constitution in that regard when it makes you feel all icky because of your bigotry?

I think if that person wants to alter their body, that you shouldn't have to pay for it under threat of force.

I'm not bound by a constitution of no authority.

I don't care if a person is a transgender or identifies as one. That's their business, not mine.

Can someone please tell me which constitutional right has been violated?
Was it the right to vote? No can't be that one, they take that one away when u go to prison for MURDER. Let's see, was it the right to bear arms? Na, they take that one away too. Or how about the right to plastic surgery so he can feel better about herself? You are talking about the United States constitution, right? Damn, let me read that again...it's gotta be in there somewhere. What page is it on?
Since no one bothered to provide a link to this 38 page report to find out exactly which constitutional right was violated, I have to assume that it has to do with the health and well-being of this convicted murderer. Seems that psychotherapy would be more effective. So we have one yes to the surgery and the rest no. Democracy is a wonderful thing when it is exercised, not circumvented.
