Im from Canada. I just wanted to know what the rules and laws are in California regarding the transfer of cannabis from a grower to a patient? Can a licensed patient buy from a grower directly?

Yes sir, As long as the patient has a up to date medical license, The grower and or patients can exchange medicine. Hope this Helps!
