california subs growing

me and a couple of friends want to grow a plant in my backyard, what kind of strain would be the best to take care of in the outdoor environment and wouldnt smell toooo much. My house is located on the end of the street in a cauldesak (sp) so i don't have to worry too much about suspicious neighbors.
I have some sour diesel seeds from a sack i picked up last week but from what i know that stuff reeks. thanks

but if you really wanted to grow in your backyard
you could always get some fake yellow tie on flowers and tie em on your plant
