Calling all ganja geniuses!

First off I would like to say hello to all and thank you for any help you can give.

I need some General advice on my set up.

I have a big cupboard with a grow box I made out of chip board which is just over 4f high by 2f wide and 2.4f deep.

I kitted it out with

400watt HID (Sun master 7200K)
Air tight light reflector (99% air tight)
600watt ballast (Maxi Bright)
Ruck inline fan (Powerful one)
Acoustic ventilation tube

Wops almost forgot what I'm growing, 5 Northern Lights (Fem and Autoflower ) from Nivana and 1 White Rino and 1 White Widow both (Fem) fron Green house about a month in.
(I'm only growing 3 different strains becuse the white strains came free)

His some pics of what I got running so far. I still plan on running the acoustic vent tube things lol into my roof and putting the inline fan up there because of the noise. The temps are running between 70-80F (23-27C) maybe dropping a little more at night. Oh yeah and the first three weeks was with a 125watt CLF. Longer than I would of wished for. ​

I did plan on trying to grow using the SCROG meathod but it never happened. I will be tieing them down like sea of green unless I'm told other wise :) this is my 1st grow so ANYthing else you think I should know I'm all ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S I'm really paranoid about heat vision cams on helicopters as I can see one hovering around my house. Any Advice would be great.

correct me if im wrong u bought a 400 watt light and a 600 watt ballast?
FLIR only picks up on surface temps of heat escaping outside house they cant see through your walls
and it is illegal search to use flir on your house with out a search warrant if in the usa
so if they already got a warrant it is too late anyways
where are u exhausting it to? into attic or out of roof

I don't think we have that libitey here in England, they use it where they want. into the attic but i was thinking seeing as it doesn't smell, too aim the exuasted back out of the attic to the secound floor. thanks though, made me feel a lil bit better was thinking of giving the plants away so worried they will take my babies!

i would exhaust to the attic and heat will disperse before exiting roof
if it is cold there exhaust into house and use it to help heat house
