What do people think about planting on a railway embankment? If I planted near the top (approx 40ft from tracks) do you reckon the railway workers would spot it? If that's no good then I don't think there's anywhere near here that people don't traipse over, well couldn't spot anywhere on Google Earth anyway!:peace:
Horrible idea. You dont want anything anywhere near anything man made. Think about it. You need a place that no one will walk by for SEVERAL MONTHS. This alone is the hardest part of outdoor growing.

And Never look for a place on google maps....you cant get much worse of an idea than that. If you can see the spot or clearing on google maps that anyone in the world can see the clearing. You need a cheap GPS and to go for a hike in the bush for outdoor grows. Its a Lot of work geurilla growing.

All the untouched wilderness in England is a tourist attraction and managed and protected by the National Trust.:-( Not that we have much left anyway!

As I say, it's hard to find somewhere people don't go, with ramblers, hikers, dog walkers, land managers and all.

Compare these...

I'm gonna give outdoor growing a shot this year methinks. Got a courtyard section in the middle of our bungalow which gets alot of light so it's ideal. Surrounded by 3 walls (1 with a window into my bedroom!) and the 4th wall has patio doors into our dining room. So there shouldn't be any chance of anyone uninvited knowing what's there.Unless they fuckin stink of course!!

Was thinking of going for one of the early strains. Early Girl or summat like that. Just checking round the forums for any other UK growers who've done this before to get more info. When to start, should I put seeds straight out, that type of thing. This is a good post. Gonna be checkin in often. Just finishing my first indoor grow now (pics in journal in signature). NL with about 2-3 weeks left.
