I don't usually call for help but this has got me flumexed....

Indoor grow. Trying 3 new strains to me, tangerine dream, onyx (Auto) and pineapple chunk. All grown from seed.

4th week veg.
600w hps (2ft above canopy)
cooking in soil (own blend tried and tested)
3 gallon tubs
bang on temp and humidity.
defo not over or under watered (4 moisture readers on the go),.ph'd water.
canna terra feed (not using at the moment)
bio bizz root juice.

Righty..... Onyx went into flower after 2 weeks and going fantastically well.

TD fimmed and supercropped to hell but looking sweet as a nut.

Pineapple........ lookin as sad as Big issue seller on a rainy day. Again has been fimmed and supercropped but over the last 2 days major drooping and new growth looking dried and dead at the tips. Tops are drooping and not pushing for the light. Very pale in colour compared to other growth.

Now.... tried an experiment and started TD and PC on 1/16 nutes at 2 weeks, evidence of burn on TD and slight burn on PC. Stopped the nutes, didn't flush but went back to straight H2O where they have been since. A few singed lower leaves on TD but is growing like a mofo, very pleased. PC..... 1 plant is stunted (poss nute locked after early introduction) and I can live with that but the others carried on growing at a reasonable rate but recently like I said above, lookin proper sad and struggling, all 4 of em.

I don't own a camera, I am an ugly fucker......
Tried my phone camera but not worth a fart.

Any help appreciated.

Well you covered most bases there but missed the culprit. It looks like Pineapple chunk is a bit photo sensitive in veg. I had the light 2 ft from canopy after transplant but with new growth it was nearer 14". Pushed the light back another 12" last night and they are right as rain this morning. Tops have picked up and the colour is returning to normal.

A question for those who have grown PC..... How do they fair in flower, do they remain photo sensitive throughout as this could cause a few probs when I switch over. If I have to keep the lights so far away everything's gonna stretch like a mofo.

what do you mean "photo" sensitive?
Do you have a photo?

Sorry dude couldn't resist. I have never needed a camera in the past and when a quarter of your crop is heading down the shitter ya don't want to be told to go get a camera when ya need some help there and then.

"photo sensitive" is sensitive to light.

Just to follow on from what I post earlier. The strain of PC I got is defo photo sensitive, all 5 plants. Purposley dropped the light to 18inch and she flopped completely. Raised the light and over night she perked back up. Here's the wierd thing, 1 plant, is for want of a better term..... auto LST'ing. I have posted a pic from my phone camera, warned you it was shit. All the main stems are running at about 35 degrees allowing for all the lower shoots to come through. With no fimming, topping ..... nothing, she now has 16 lovely little tops that are almost all the same height. She is only 8 inches tall but bushy as fuck with all nodes no further than 15-20mm apart. She may be short and fat but opening her legs without being tied up, never seen it before. A few cuttings are coming of this baby, with a bit of luck it's genetics and not my little earlier experiments.

Anybody ever seen similar?
